I am a software and systems architect type in Calgary Canada. I have a wife and a two daughters that make sure I don't get too out of hand.

I solve problems that companies didn't know they had. I do process automation, startup hacking, business transformation and creating technologies for imaginative folks.

These days I am mostly a developer and architecture guy working on browser and web based applications, but I also do business planning & arguing, programming, scripting, hacking PHP, Perl, Java/J2ME, C and whatever other language or system I need to figure out to get things done.

My interests include computing and its uses, mental models of the universe and things it contains, systems thinking, lots of reading about development and emerging ideas.

I am an Idea Technician, I tweak, tune and create from scratch.
